I am a postdoc researcher at Computer Science Department of West University of Timisoara and Institute e-Austria Timisoara. I received my PhD at West University of Timisoara, in 2016, with thesis title “Distributed deployment services for cloud environments”. My research activities are mainly focused on distributed systems with emphasis on resource management and discovery in large-scale environments. I’ve started leveraging the Machine Learning field for possible applications in resource management.

My academic activities currently includes “Computer Networks” course (2nd year) and in the past I’ve held “UNIX Programming”, “Operating Systems”, “Computer Architecture” and “Programming” labs.
